Step 2. Development:
Once we have established which pages are going to change and have received the content from you.
We can begin to download the current site (for backing up to CD for the client to have a copy of the site on Disc).
Updating the content, keywords and phrases to match the new content, and maybe suggest new imagery to freshen up the look and feel if needed.
